As an attorney with over 20 years of legal expertise to offer clients, Cesery L. Bullard established Bullard Law in 2007, her Orlando Law Firm. A fifth generation Floridian, Ms. Bullard established her practice on the premise of offering small and medium-sized businesses, as well as individuals, expert and affordable representation across various legal domains in Orlando and Central Florida. Our legal services include matters of collections, business law, mediation, arbitration, real estate, wills and estate planning. We are experienced in litigation, business development, business formation (including corporations; limited liability companies; partnerships; joint ventures and other business organizations), transactions and contracts; residential and commercial real estate, including the negotiation of leases, association compliances and brokerage disputes; debt collection, asset protection, wills and estate planning.

After receiving considerable damage to my roof in 2016, I made the costly mistake of dealing with my insurance carrier on my own. When additional storm damage came five years later, and caused water damage to my home’s interior, my insurance once again told me that there was no extensive damage, and that I should cover the repairs out of my own pocket. Managing a business is hard. Its harder when people do not want to pay you for services they received. We do not have the time to chase clients for monies owed.
